Fees related to your airline tickets

When you purchase your airline tickets and travel with Air Corsica, the following fees apply to each transaction.

Ticketing Fees – Service Fees

The fees listed below, referred to as ticketing fees or service fees, correspond to the assistance provided by our advisors during the sale or after-sales handling of your ticket. They are in addition to any fees that may apply under the fare conditions of the ticket.

Ticketing Fees

The price of your airline ticket includes:

• the fare for the journey, including the carrier surcharge
• taxes and charges,
• ticketing fees.

Ticketing fees apply per ticket and are non-refundable.

These ticketing fees may vary depending on: the sales and issuance channel (telephone, agency, airport ticket counter, internet),the type of ticket.

For tickets purchased on the Air Corsica website, the fees are as follows:

• from €1 to €10

For tickets purchased by phone, the fee is: €15*

For tickets purchased at the airport, the fee is: €20*

Please note: Travel agencies apply their own ticketing fees when selling Air Corsica airline tickets. These fees vary depending on the agency.

Service Fees

Service fees apply to any request to change or refund tickets (except for tickets purchased at the resident fare). These fees are non-refundable.

Service fees vary depending on:

• lthe ticket sales channel (Air Corsica website, Air Corsica sales points, travel agencies, etc.),
• the method used to process the after-sales request (online, by phone, etc.).

Ticket Changes

For tickets modified on the Air Corsica website, the fees are as follows:

• Ticket purchased from Air Corsica: from €1 to €10*
• Ticket purchased through a travel agency or a third-party website: €10*

For tickets modified by phone or at the airport, the fees are:

• Ticket purchased from Air Corsica: €20*
• Ticket purchased through a travel agency or a third-party website: €30*

Ticket Refunds

For refunded tickets:

• Ticket purchased from Air Corsica: no fee.
• Ticket purchased through a travel agency or a third-party website: the refund request must be made directly with the agency or website where the ticket was purchased. **
