Cancellation:

In case of no-show or failure to present necessary rental documents (driver’s license, voucher and embossed credit card in the driver’s name), the Drive + auto will not be refunded.

I want to cancel a rental car with the Drive + formula: how to do?

For any modification or cancellation of your car rental reservation with the Drive+ formula, you must strictly respect a 48-hour deadline before your departure.

Please contact our after-sales service at 0969362220, option 1, between 8 am and 8 pm, or send an email to support-commercial@aircorsica.com between 8 am and 7 pm.

Do not forget to mention your EUROPCAR reservation number, which you received by email on the day of purchase.

Any request made outside these opening hours cannot be taken into account.

Within the framework of a Drive + Auto rental with Europcar and Air Corsica, discover what is included or not in your rental contract:

• the prices include: unlimited mileage; insurances CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), THW (Theft Protection), PAI (personal insurance); PFI (registration fee participation); WLTP environmental contribution (eco-tax); local, airport and/or station surcharge (SCE); additional driver.
• The prices do not include: accessories; administrative fees; extra day; reduced deductible; abandonment fees OUTSIDE metropolitan France etc. For any equipment and/or additional service, please note that the applicable price for this equipment and/or additional service will be the price applied on the day of vehicle pickup at the chosen Europcar agency.

Prices for Accessories / equipment

• Child seat: €14.00 per day. Billed up to 5 days maximum per rental
• Booster seat: €9.00 per day. Billed up to 5 days maximum per rental
• Winter tires: €39.00 per day. Maximum billing of 7 days.

Electric vehicle: free charging card provided.

Thanks to our partnership with Shell Recharge of the Shell group, you benefit from a free charging card upon arrival at the rental agency. The Shell Recharge card allows:

• Access to more than 80,000 public charging stations in France
• Online tracking of sessions and charging costs
• Easy payment with VAT invoices
• Charging on fast stations without additional card
• 24/7 assistance

How does it work? You download the Shell Recharge app, then register (it’s free). This will give you access to the charging station network. The customer will be billed according to their consumption.

Drive + Auto benefits

• Security deposit
• Technical assistance services for the rented vehicle
• The client must have held their license for at least 1 year. When renting, they must present the original valid national driver’s license, an ID, and a credit card in their name. Damaged or altered licenses are not accepted.

Additional services: remain the tenant’s responsibility and are not included in the offered prices.

• The reservation is valid only for the departure date indicated on the voucher. If presented after the scheduled date, the reservation will not be honored.
• Modification at pick-up: if at the vehicle pick-up, the client wishes to rent a higher category vehicle or for a longer period, subject to availability, they will just have to pay the extra charges at the counter.
• Early return: No refund will be made for rental days if the client returns the vehicle earlier than the initially scheduled date in the reservation.

Payment cards:

• Cards labeled "credit card not issued by a banking institution", "prepaid", "electron", "maestro", "ecard" printed on the front or back of your card are not accepted in the entire Europcar agency network.
