General Terms and Conditions of the Air Corsica Plus Subscription Card

This personal and non-transferable card offers its holder, during its period of validity and for travel on all Air Corsica routes, the subscriber fare.
This discount applies to one-way or round-trip journeys for which the card was purchased.

VALIDITY

The period between the start date of validity and the cancellation date: 12 MONTHS.

The AIR CORSICA PLUS card can only be purchased online at https://www.aircorsica.com

It is issued in digital format. After purchase, a confirmation is sent by email.

During any inspection, this digital card must be presented along with a valid form of identification.
Any fraudulent use of the AIR CORSICA PLUS card may result in legal action against the offender.

This card provides its holder with significant discounts, granting access to a special subscriber fare that varies depending on the routes operated by the airline and the applicable pre-tax fare.

As the operator, Air Corsica reserves the right to modify its flight schedule, which may result in (i) an increase in flight frequencies, which benefits the cardholder, or (ii) a reduction in frequencies or route suspensions (temporary or permanent), without entitling the cardholder to any refund of the amount paid for the subscription card.

Applicable prices – reductions and conditions

The card is sold for €300, valid for 12 months, and is non-refundable.

Any request from the holder to cancel the subscription card will not entitle them to a refund. Please note that current regulations do not grant a withdrawal period to the purchaser of a subscription card.

The benefits of the Air Corsica Plus card include:

  • 30% discount off the full fare on all routes (excluding Orly).

  • On Orly routes, a €80 discount on the Flexible fare range.

  • New: Starting February 20, 2023, this discount will apply to a broader range of fares, with variable pricing depending on the selected flight and travel period.

  • Priority seating

  • Priority boarding

  • Priority on waiting lists for booking and at the airport

  • 2 checked baggage items

  • Enrollment in the jegagne1billet loyalty program and rewards after 10 round-trip flights within one year

  • Benefits with our partner Hertz: negotiated rates, free upgrades based on availability

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Data controller and Air Corsica’s commitment

The personal information collected from the subscription cardholder (hereinafter “personal data”) is processed by Air Corsica, whose headquarters is located at Aéroport Napoléon Bonaparte, BP 505, 20186 Ajaccio Cedex 2, acting as data controller, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the amended French Data Protection Act of June 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) or GDPR.

Purpose and legal basis

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Air Corsica's Privacy Policy for purposes related to the management of the Air Corsica subscription card.
Additionally, personal data may be used for marketing communications, based on the holder’s prior consent.
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract for the Air Corsica subscription card.

Collected data

All data marked with an asterisk (*) is required to subscribe to the Air Corsica subscription card.
Without this data, subscription to the card is not possible.

The collected data includes:

  • Last name

  • First name

  • Date of birth

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Retention period

Personal data is retained for the lifetime of the subscription card, in accordance with the terms described in Air Corsica’s Privacy Policy.

Rights

The cardholder has the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, limit processing, and request portability of their personal data, as provided by applicable data protection laws.
They may also withdraw consent to receive promotional communications from Air Corsica at any time.

Additionally, the cardholder has the right to define post-mortem directives concerning the storage, erasure, and communication of their personal data processed by Air Corsica.
