General terms and conditions of the Air Corsica Mea season ticket
This paid, personal, and non-transferable card offers its holder, during its period of validity and for travel carried out exclusively on all Air Corsica routes, the “AIR CORSICA MEA” subscriber fare.
The discounts corresponding to the "AIR CORSICA MEA" fare are exclusively applicable to round-trip journeys.
“AIR CORSICA MEA” discounts cannot be combined with another promotional fare or discount.
Children traveling alone are not eligible for the “AIR CORSICA MEA” subscriber fare.
The AIR CORSICA MEA card is available exclusively online at the website: https://www.aircorsica.com
It is provided in a dematerialized format. After purchase, a confirmation is sent by email.
During any check, this dematerialized card must be presented, accompanied by a form of identification. Any fraudulent use of the AIR CORSICA MEA card may expose its user to legal proceedings.
This card offers its holder substantial discounts to benefit from a specific preferential subscriber fare, which varies according to the routes operated by the Company and based on the standard pre-tax fares to which they apply.
The baggage allowance included in the subscriber fare is one cabin bag and one checked bag.
In case of loss of the subscriber number, the holder can retrieve it at the following address: https://www.aircorsica.com/carte-oubliee.html.
Air Corsica reserves the right, as the operator, to modify its flight schedule, which may result in (i) either an increase in the number of frequencies, which benefits the cardholder, or (ii) a decrease in frequencies or route cancellations (temporary or permanent), without entitling the cardholder to any reimbursement of the price paid for the subscription card.
Any request for cancellation of a subscription card by the holder does not entitle them to any refund. As a reminder, the applicable regulations do not grant the holder a withdrawal period upon purchase of the subscription card.
Price – Applicable Discounts and Conditions
The card is sold at a price of €250 for an adult and €50 for a minor. It is non-refundable and is valid until 03/10/2024.
The discounts offered by the Air Corsica Mea card are as follows:
40% off: for purchases made at least 40 days before the scheduled departure (except Paris-Orly).
30% off: for purchases made between 40 and 30 days before the scheduled departure.
20% off: for purchases made between 30 and 20 days before the scheduled departure.
10% off: for purchases made between 20 and 10 days before the scheduled departure.
These discounts apply to the standard pre-tax fare, on Air Corsica flights (excluding flights operated by Air France), and are valid excluding promotional fares, introductory fares, and one-way trips, for a minimum 3-day stay. Tickets purchased at these rates are non-refundable and modifiable with a €70 penalty and any applicable fare adjustment charges. The baggage allowance included is 1 cabin bag and 1 checked bag.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Data Processing Responsibility and Air Corsica’s Commitment
The information collected from the subscription cardholder (hereinafter “personal data”) is collected by Air Corsica, whose registered office is located at Aéroport Napoléon Bonaparte, BP 505, 20186 Ajaccio Cedex 2, in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection, in particular the amended French Data Protection Act of June 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) or GDPR.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Air Corsica’s Privacy Policy for purposes related to the management of the Air Corsica Subscription Card. Specifically, it is used for the subscription and management of the card, the management of the relationship with the holder, the sending of information necessary for the use of the card, and the handling of complaints. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract for the subscription to the Air Corsica Subscription Card.
Data Collected
All data marked with an asterisk (*) are required to subscribe to the Air Corsica Subscription Card. If this data is not provided, subscription to the Air Corsica Subscription Card will not be possible.
The data collected will therefore include:

Date of Birth
Phone Number
Email Address
Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the duration of the card’s validity, according to the terms described in Air Corsica’s Privacy Policy.
Rights
The holder concerned by the aforementioned processing operations may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability under the conditions provided for by applicable personal data protection legislation. They may also withdraw their consent for the receipt of information and promotional offers from Air Corsica at any time.
Additionally, the holder has the right to define directives concerning the retention, erasure, and communication of their personal data after their death.
