AMBIZIONE, THE AIR CORSICA PODCAST
Air Corsica is proud to present its podcast Ambizione, an innovative project created in collaboration with Marc-Antoine Bouteille-Torre ofTHE IMPACTERS, an outstanding partner who shares our vision for more sustainable and environmentally responsible aviation.
Discover how the Ambizione 2025 program embodies our daily commitment to reducing our environmental footprint. From the implementation of concrete initiatives to technological innovations, Air Corsica is actively working to transform island air transport into a model of sustainability.
EPISODE 1: Improving the environmental performance of our flights
In this unique space for exchange and reflection, we highlight the commitments and ambitions of Air Corsica to build a responsible and sustainable future. This first episode features Marie-Antoinette Santoni-Brunelli, Director of the Programme for Sustainable Development and CSR, and Jean-Luc Moine, Technical Director, in a compelling discussion on a key issue: improving the environmental performance of our flights.
EPISODE 2: Learning to develop exceptional talent
In this new episode of Ambizione, Marc-Antoine Bouteille-Torre welcomes Laurent Fabbri, an aeronautical technician and tutor, alongside Matteo Lorenzani, an apprentice technician at Air Corsica. Together, they discuss:
- The role of an aeronautical technician;
- The training path required to reach this profession;
- Apprenticeship, work-study programs, and work organisation;
- Skills development in the context of fleet renewal.
As part of its CSR strategy Ambizione 2025, Air Corsica renewed 85% of its aircraft fleet in 2024. This initiative has enabled the Corsican regional airline to significantly improve the environmental performance of its flights.
Among the other pillars of the Ambizione 2025 strategy (social and societal pillars) are training and employment, with the development of exceptional talent in Corsica.
Each year, Air Corsica recruits more than 40 apprentices across all areas of activity: aeronautical engineering, sustainable development/CSR, sales and marketing, HR and finance, IT, communications and digital, operations, and security.
EPISODE 3: Strengthening our territorial and societal roots
With Marie-Hélène Casanova-Servas, Catherine Riera, Michel Marti and Florent Selvini #3
We often hear it said that insularity is dreamlike, but it comes at a cost: it makes travel—and, through it, certain aspects of daily life—more difficult and less accessible.
To discuss this, Marc-Antoine Bouteille-Torre welcomes Marie-Hélène Casanova-Servas, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Air Corsica.
She is joined by:
- Catherine Riera - President of the La Marie-Do Association
- Michel Marti - Founder of Key Prod
- Florent Selvini – President of the Roller Hockey Club of the Ajaccio Region
Although these three committed partners come from different sectors, they share a common ambition: to make it easier for Corsicans to access fundamental rights, such as healthcare, culture, and sport.
Together, they discuss:
- The implications of insularity in the daily lives of Corsicans
- The initiatives implemented by these partners to improve access to healthcare, sport, and culture in Corsica
- How Air Corsica supports them in their mission
Territorial anchoring lies at the heart of Air Corsica’s purpose: for every €1 of compensation granted, between €2.89 and €3.06 in economic benefits are generated for the territory.
As part of its CSR strategy Ambizione 2025, Air Corsica is strengthening this commitment with the ambition of making travel between Corsica and the mainland accessible to all.
This includes:
- 5,000 tickets offered each year to associations
- €500,000 in annual funding for public-interest organisations
- Raising awareness among young people about aviation careers
- Training young Corsicans in aviation professions, with 40 apprentices recruited per year
EPISODE 4: Training for in-demand careers
This is the purpose of apprenticeships, and the topic of the new Ambizione episode.
To discuss it, Marc-Antoine Bouteille-Torre welcomes:
- Lisa Riccini – HR Director at Air Corsica
- Stéphanie Frau – Training Manager
- Clément Dejouy – Apprentice aeronautical engineer, recently joined the company
Together, they discuss the recruitment campaign for apprentices, with a focus on the role of aeronautical engineer. Topics include: What are the benefits of apprenticeship at Air Corsica? How can candidates maximise their chances of joining the company? And what are the career prospects at Air Corsica in high-demand roles, as well as other aviation-related careers such as aircraft maintenance technician?
As part of its CSR strategy Ambizione 2025, Air Corsica is investing in training, employment, and the development of exceptional talent in Corsica, particularly in future-oriented careers such as aeronautical engineering and aircraft maintenance.
Each year, Air Corsica recruits nearly 40 apprentices across all areas of activity: aeronautical engineering, sustainable development/CSR, sales and marketing, HR and finance, IT, communications and digital, operations, safety, and more.
All apprenticeship opportunities will soon be available on the company’s website in the “Join us” section.

✅ Their approach to optimising profitability and seat occupancy on Air Corsica flights
✅ How their profession can be a real lever to promote year-round sustainable tourism in Corsica

As part of its CSR strategy Ambizione 2025, training and employment—along with the development of exceptional talent in Corsica—are at the heart of Air Corsica’s priorities.
Each year, the airline recruits more than 40 apprentices across all areas of activity: aeronautical engineering, sustainable development/CSR, sales and marketing, HR and finance, IT, communications and digital, operations, and security.
